We would like to thank Janis very very much for her support and commitment in understanding our needs, wishes, limitations, timing etc. She was very professional and awesome during the tough process of finding a home and moving from a foreign country. Charlie and I really appreciated all your efforts in helping us identify a new home, your professionalism and warm personality have made our experience a wonderful one! In the past 6 weeks, we emailed and messaged each others almost on a daily basis, and we saw each other at least once a week, and you even drove us around with your own car! With that time and effort, you were able to narrow down exactly what we needed ( given how picky we are! ) and we were so close in finding our new home. We would definitely have signed a lease if our existing landlord didn’t extend this offer for us to stay. We just really wanted to let you know how much we appreciated everything, and it actually feels like you are a friend more than an agent that we just met a few weeks ago! Shere was easy to talk to. She is efficient and understands her clients’ needs. She also helped follow up on minor issues afterwards as well as help set up the utilities. A very nice experience working with Shere and I would highly recommend her to other new clients.
